1.  How long does it take to receive my order?

From the time you order until shipment we do require a week or less of production time plus whatever time the package spends in transit in the mail (usually 2-5 business days within the US).

2.  Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders (if you have had custom text added to a piece or chosen a custom stone or in other ways requested modification of the original item).  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
3.  My ring or watch band doesn't fit.  What should I do?
We are glad to resize any ring or watch band that does not fit you, but there will be a charge depending on both the design and how much it needs to be resized (from $3 to $10).  Most items can be resized, unless otherwise noted in the listing description (i.e. spinner rings usually cannot be resized).
4.  I am purchasing from outside the US.  Is VAT included in the price?
No, VAT is not included.  This is a tax governments outside the US (i.e. Europe) charge on products purchased from overseas.  This charge is the buyer's responsibility.
